Hi people, how are you? Well, I’m going to talk here about a medium that I don’t consume, which is books. I’ve read them a few times, mainly Marvel or DC comics (more DC, to be honest).
Talking about AI in this regard is complicated because I think it’s very difficult for AI to make books at a good level, because historical names in literature take years and years to come out, and they’re recognized because of that. Anyway, that’s all I think.
But can AI truly outperform humans when it comes to writing books? Let’s dive deep into this fascinating battle between AI and human creativity.
For decades, writing has been an art form dominated by humans, filled with emotions, creativity, and deep storytelling.
However, AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Jasper AI have entered the scene, challenging what was once a purely human domain. But can these digital minds truly replace the depth and ingenuity of human writers?
AI writing tools bring several advantages to the table that make them appealing for certain tasks:

So, can AI write a book better than humans? Not yet. AI has made impressive progress, but it still lacks the human experience, emotional depth, and true creativity that define outstanding writing.
✅ For technical writing – AI excels at generating structured, factual content. ✅
For idea generation – AI can help brainstorm ideas and create outlines. ✅ For editing and grammar – AI-powered tools like Grammarly and Hemingway Editor enhance clarity.
❌ For storytelling and novels – Humans bring emotion, unpredictability, and nuance. ❌ For personal narratives and memoirs – A personal touch cannot be replicated by AI. ❌ For deep philosophical or cultural topics – AI lacks lived experience and true understanding.

▶️ Can AI write a best-selling book? 🔽 AI can assist in writing, but bestsellers typically require human creativity and emotion.
▶️ Will AI replace authors? 🔽 AI will complement, not replace, human writers. It’s more of a tool than a substitute.
▶️ Is AI-written content good for blogs? 🔽 AI is great for blogs, but human touch ensures engagement and originality.
While AI is an incredible tool that enhances writing in many ways, human authors still hold the crown when it comes to storytelling, depth, and creativity.
The best approach? A hybrid system where AI helps streamline the writing process while humans inject creativity and emotion.
Overall, I don’t think and I honestly don’t want AI to do much in the industry. I think it’s a robust industry that, despite no longer being the most consumed.
I believe that today, sports, if they are considered entertainment media, are far ahead, as are games, cinematography and music, but who knows, maybe books will return to their golden age with AI, since I believe it is the one that can be facilitated the most in the creation process.
